SPILL is an emerging performance concept that examines the dissolution of boundaries. Within this leaky state, bodily fluids are conceived as agents of rupture. By refusing containment and producing contamination across bodily and social boundaries, they become carriers of pleasure, fantasy, shame and memory.
Conceived by Berkay Soykan and Ernst August Graefe, SPILL unfolds through collaborative episodes that invite trusted artists to develop performative gestures through a shared practice.
